Pickelgear strives to provide the highest level of customer service. With each order placed, an order confirmation is emailed to you to insure accuracy. Please notify us immediately of any error, as your order is being processed at once.

Prices you see on this web site do not include applicable shipping or taxes. We may occasionally offer special pricing options that are not reflected on the web site. Your Pickelgear account representative will ensure you receive the correct price.

SHIPPING Same-day service on orders paid before 3:00 p.m., local warehouse time. Special shipping requirements are to be specified at the time the order is placed. As carriers, routes and weather conditions are beyond our control, we cannot be responsible for timely delivery to your area.
Freight charges are additional.

CLAIMS Notify Pickelgear of errors within 48 hours of receipt of goods. Damaged goods and container must be held for the carrier to validate damage claim, do not discard shipping cartons.

RETURNS Authorized returns only. Our Return Authorization Number must be marked on outside of box. Returns on purchases, within 15 days, subject to a 25% restocking fee (minimum $5.00 restocking fee). Embellished merchandise, is non-returnable. Discontinued merchandise (noted by * on our invoice) is not returnable. Unauthorized returns may be refused by Pickelgear or may require additional processing time and fees. No returns accepted on imprinted products.

EXCHANGES Goods may be exchanged, within 15 days, subject to a 10% fee (minimum $2.50), reference original invoice, and obtain a Return Authorization before returning to Pickelgear.
